EXCEPTIONAL BUSINESS CONCEPT
Flavon has created a simple and transparent commission system that is unique in the market. This exceptional compensation system rewards those who introduce our products to others, promote the business opportunity we offer, and recruit new team members.
The 60% base distribution* is available to all active club members, without the need to reach leadership levels, maintain a side volume, or meet structural requirements. We distinguish between two types of bonuses: the Fast Start Bonus and tiered payouts. The Fast Start Bonus allows you to immediately convert your efforts into cash! The 6 active sponsors receive a 20-10-10-5-5-10% commission on every new member’s activity cartons during the first two months.
With tiered payouts, you can earn passive income! The 12 active sponsors are entitled to a 5% commission on activity cartons from club members who have passed the Fast Start period (from the 3rd month after joining).
Additionally, our team members who achieve leadership status can earn an extra 1-5% leadership bonus on top of the 60% base distribution, based on their monthly performance. This is an added incentive that can motivate you and make new goals attainable.
